Health Information Management is a Service Department. We provide customers with release of health information with proper authorization, provide admission and discharge statistics,  provide coding for reimbursement, provide scanning of the records into a repository system, provide transcription service, process patient records for accuracy and completion, provide data for cancer registry, provide data for birth registry and AOP’S, provide hospital quality data measures required for CMS and CDC and provide filing of patients records and storage of patients records up to retention period.
