TCH Charity Care Program

The Charity Care Program offers an opportunity for financial medical assistance to all Tyler County Residents. If approved for the program, you could be eligible for up to a 90% discount off of your medical expenses. The Charity Care Program is only good for services rendered at Tyler County Hospital or Tyler County Hospital Family Medical Clinic. Upon approval, the program is good for a period of one year.

ALL the requested documentation that is listed on the application cover sheet is required to process your eligibility request. Eligibility for the program is determined by family size and income. Approval Process

When ALL documentation is received, all applications will be processed and notification will be sent by mail. Approval for the program is good for a period of one year. Balances which remain after the discount are monitored according to Tyler County Hospital’s collection policy. Once approved, it is mandatory that you keep us notified with any changes that occur with any of the information that you are providing. Failure to do so could result in termination of benefits-eligible through the Charity Care Program.
